Shipping Policy
Due to complex state laws we are currently only able to ship to AK, CA, FL, IL, MN, NY and Washington D.C. If you are not in a state we currently ship to but would like to purchase our wines please contact us. Reaching our customers is of paramount importance to us and we are continuously evaluating our shipping policies. Adult signatures are required for all deliveries and we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
For customers in our approved states, Byron Blatty uses Pack N Ship Direct for all wine shipments and offer the following carriers:
GSO - California Only
UPS Ground
UPS 2-day
Once your orders ship you will receive tracking information from Pack N Ship direct via email. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours* of placing your order, please contact us at the winery info@byronblatty.com.
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. The winery is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the customer.
We will refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory due to a defect. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages.
*Please note that we do not ship wines if transit temperatures are forecast to be above 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
