Join us and Certified Sommelier Brianne Cohen as we taste a four wine flight of our Los Angeles wines, with a special focus on her four-step tasting method. The event includes a custom tasting flight and virtual tasting.

This tasting set is only available for residents of Los Angeles County, as the wines are hand-delivered. Shipping them is not an option. The wine tasting set will comfortably accommodate up to 2 people (5 oz of each of the 4 wines). In total you will receive the equivalent of just under a bottle of wine.

Your $60 CLASS + WINE ticket includes:

-Four Byron Blatty wine samples: 2019 Aurora (Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Viognier), 2017 Agenda (Syrah, Tannat), 2018 Tremor (Grenache, Syrah, Merlot), and 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon.

-A tasting sheet: we will review Brianne’s four-step tasting method which covers how to look, smell, and taste the wines. And at the end we’ll vote on our favorites!
